🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on software engineering; 6+ years as people manager.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Experience designing complex enterprise systems using Java, React/Angular, microservices
• Hands-on with AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Proven success managing multiple teams in distributed/global setups.
• Lean/flow-based delivery with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
