Senior Director, Solutions Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of eight Solution Architects, including hiring, coaching
• Own the Solution Architecture operating model and capacity planning, determining the team
• Establish and maintain high standards for solution design, including guiding clients toward
• Foster a customer-focused approach that balances responsiveness and flexibility with constructive
• Lead escalations involving disputed solution designs, technical constraints, or conflicts between
• Balance workloads and account assignments as implementation activity and business needs evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or comparable
• At least 5 years of direct people-management experience leading technical teams, such as Solution
• Familiarity with large, complex, mission-critical enterprise platforms, particularly claims
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity, changing priorities, and
• Excellent technical judgment, with the ability to assess complex technical challenges while also
• Proven ability to build credibility with client executives, communicate difficult decisions, and
