📋 Description

• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers, guiding them through complex
• Own the technical enablement and solution design phase, ensuring proposed EV charging hardware
• Partner collaboratively across Sales, Product Management, Firmware/Software Engineering, and
• Oversee comprehensive technical feasibility studies, load-capacity evaluations, and utility
• Drive system and grid architecture design, ensuring seamless integrations utilizing standard
• Lead high-stakes technical presentations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and comprehensive RFP responses

🎯 Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of total engineering or technical pre-sales experience, with a proven track record of
• 3 - 5 years of direct people-management or technical leadership experience at the Manager
• Deep familiarity with EV charging infrastructure (Level 2 & DC Fast Charging), power
• Familiarity with large-scale, grid-connected electrical equipment, such as medium-voltage
• Strong working knowledge of industry standards and communication protocols such as OCPP, OCPI, and
