Senior Director, Solutions Engineering | Americas | Remote

📋 Description

• Recruit, ramp, and mentor presales SE leaders and ICs.
• Step into customer conversations to move deals forward.
• Own the Americas region ARR, NRR, pipeline, and forecast.
• Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and POVs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption.
• Build programs and collateral to help customers succeed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Director role leading a team; 5–10 years in high tech.
• Hands-on tech: product demos, deep dives, POVs.
• Experience selling monitoring or visualization products to eng and exec buyers.
• Remote-first startup experience with a track record of growth.
• Mentoring and managing team performance over time.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
