Senior Director, Statistical Programming

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for statistical programming deliverables.
• Serve as senior technical expert on CDISC SDTM/ADaM and data submissions.
• Partner with Biometrics Lead to define long-term programming strategy and talent development.
• Drive SOPs, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Oversee CROs and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Ensure programming activities and documentation are inspection-ready per ICH/GCP.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in statistical programming in biotech/pharma.
• Proven track record leading programming strategy for clinical development; oncology preferred.
• Expert SAS and CDISC SDTM/ADaM for regulatory submissions (NDA/BLA).
• Substantial CRO/vendor management, governance, relationships.
• Strong leadership: mentoring and cross-functional influence.
• Independent, strategic thinker with portfolio delivery accountability.
