📋 Description

• Build and scale customer operations
• Develop repeatable deployment and ops processes
• Establish operating rhythms and reporting
• Drive planning and resourcing for scalable execution
• Strengthen cross-functional execution with GTM, Product, and Engineering
• Lead and grow a high-performing Strategy & Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in director-level Strategy & Operations, BizOps, or post-sales roles
• Diagnose ambiguous problems, drive structured workstreams, influence senior stakeholders
• Experience scaling post-sales/CX/delivery org during hypergrowth with playbooks
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional alignment
• Direct experience partnering with Sales/GTM on deal scoping and readiness
• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-adjacent companies
