🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on Brand Planning or Creative Strategy experience within established
• Direct experience on high-profile, high-stakes campaigns: Super Bowl, Olympics, global product
• Proven ability to build a global brand platform—not just a campaign, but the idea underneath it.
• Ability to turn complex data and research into a simple, compelling idea that a creative team is
• Experience partnering closely with Executive Creative Directors and know how to challenge, inspire
• Experience helping win new business and comfortable leading strategic portions of pitches and
