Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and optimize Glossier's omni‑channel supply chain network (3PL, warehousing, transportation)
• Drive short‑ and long‑term strategic plans, budget ownership, and cross‑functional alignment with
• Partner with 3PLs and internal tech teams to implement warehouse systems, automation, and efficient
• Ensure on‑brand delivery promises and post‑purchase customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Champion sustainability across logistics, packaging, and operations while managing costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Omni‑channel beauty industry experience is required.
• 10+ years in logistics/inventory control management.
• Bachelor’s in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and ecommerce systems in an omni‑channel environment.
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory, receiving, and order processing; domestic/international 3PL
• Strong financial acumen and ability to present to leadership; ROI/forecasting experience preferred.
