Senior Director, Tax

📋 Description

• Lead tax, treasury, and compliance for worldwide entities.
• Drive strategic tax planning and optimization.
• Oversee federal, state, international filings, provisions, audits.
• Manage tax audits, sales tax, and SOX controls.
• Partner with CAO and Finance to scale growth and value.
• Support IPO readiness and tech-enabled tax ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years tax exp in public accounting and corporate settings.
• CPA or CA designation required.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740, GAAP, and SOX.
• International tax and intercompany transaction experience.
• IPO readiness experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
