Senior Director, Technology Alliance Partnerships

📋 Description

• Develop and own the TAP strategy across ISV, DAM, platform, OEM, and content partners.
• Manage Acquia's strategic technology partnerships including joint planning.
• Own the AWS partnership, including co-sell, marketplace, and platform alignment.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners that generate leads.
• Identify, recruit, and launch new technology partners from evaluation through GTM readiness.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of technology alliance managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology alliances or ecosystem strategy with leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner programs with measurable pipeline.
• Experience owning/co-sell with hyperscalers (AWS preferred) and cloud marketplace.
• Fluency across ISV integrations, OEM and embed relationships, platform alliances.
• Strong cross-functional influence with Product, Marketing, and Sales; comfortable with exec-level relationships.
• Commercial sensibility to craft partnership business models, not just relationships.
