🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in technology leadership; 5+ years in senior management; proven large distributed teams
• Deep expertise in modern web architectures, headless CMS, ecommerce, cloud-native dev
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, Vue; Backend: .NET, Java, Node.js; DevOps and platform
• AI & Data: Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI governance, MLOps, data platforms.
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
