📋 Description

• Build, hire, and develop a field-based TLL team.
• Define and execute the TLL strategic plan with KOL identification and segmentation.
• Develop robust KOL mapping and tiering across regions.
• Oversee advisory boards, speaker bureaus, and congress engagements.
• Lead regional marketing to ensure brand strategy and local market dynamics.
• Build systems to capture KOL insights and establish performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles with 5+ years leading thought leader engagement.
• Deep understanding of KOL engagement, compliance, and the link between commercial and medical strategy.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including overnight and some weekend trips.
• Demonstrated success building and leading field-based teams in rare disease or complex launches.
