🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Molecular/Cell Biology, or related field.
• 10-12 years in toxicology/nonclinical drug development post-PhD.
• DABT certification desirable.
• Experience developing nonclinical safety strategies from discovery to IND.
• Expert knowledge of global regulatory guidelines; submissions.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data; lead CROs and cross-functional teams.
