Lead translational assets in preclinical and initial clinical stages
Own end-to-end translational strategy, GCP adherence, and regulatory interactions
Design patient stratification using biomarkers
Generate proof-of-mechanism data for go/no-go decisions
Collaborate with preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and computational teams

🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences or related field
10+ years in translational science with FT/PI roles
Experience applying AI/ML to drug discovery
Deep knowledge of diagnostics, device regs, GCP, trial design, biostatistics
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership
