Senior Director, Trucks & Off-Road

📋 Description

• Oversee Trucks & Off-Road initiative strategy and plan.
• Lead program portfolio incl demos, fleet engagement, and incentives.
• Collaborate with Policy and stakeholders to accelerate deployment.
• Build partnerships with manufacturers, fleets, utilities, and agencies.
• Lead a team of program managers, analysts, and technical experts.
• Coordinate across regional offices and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Env Studies, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in the medium- and heavy-duty vehicle or off-road sector.
• 7+ years program/project management with multi-stakeholder oversight.
• 5+ years in business development and partnerships.
• Strong policy, regulatory, and market drivers knowledge.
• Experience with truck/off-road tech incl battery-electric and fuel cells.
