Senior Director / Vice President, Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Lead Clinical Operations from IND/CTA to Proof-of-Concept
• Build AI-forward operations across neurology, ophthalmology, metabolism
• Partner with Discovery, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Procurement
• Ensure robust data capture and regulatory compliance
• Design accelerated trial ops with AI/ML where possible
• Role onsite 3 days/wk or hybrid ~1 week/mo in SSF

🎯 Requirements

• Education: BA/BS or MS in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Experience: 10+ years in Biotech/Pharma clinical ops with leadership
• Lifecycle: Full-cycle from FIH through NDA/BLA incl PoC
• Therapeutic Areas: Metabolic, Neurology, Ophthalmology
• Regional Reach: Ex-US ops; China or Australia preferred
• Tech Stack: AI/LLMs in clinical development
