Provide hands-on technical leadership: solve complex system challenges and perform code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent understanding of complex IT systems.
Strong knowledge of Internet protocols (DNS, HTTP, cookies et al).
Experience with concurrent programs and distributed systems.
Practical ability to observe, monitor and analyse production systems.
Ability to critically analyze solutions for performance.
C1 level in English and Polish.
