Senior Document Control Specialist

📋 Description

• Analyze and manage complex product structures, assemblies, and PCBAs.
• Partner with mechanical and electrical engineering, program management, and operations to align on
• Execute deliverables on time to ensure product launches and engineering changes hit target
• Drive an efficient and highly accurate part release and documentation process.
• Create and maintain product Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations and product structures.
• Process, manage, and execute Engineering Change Orders (ECO).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in PLM, Document Control, Change Management, or Configuration Management.
• Expert knowledge of Arena PLM software.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management fundamentals, including part number schemes
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
