📋 Description

• Lead a squad owning an area of Syndio's compensation content and product surface
• Apply total rewards expertise in complex customer situations
• Build 1:many resources to scale expertise
• Partner with Product and AI teams to embed compensation practice
• Show up for customer QBRs and architecture reviews
• Surface gaps to Principal-level colleagues and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on total rewards, compensation, or organizational design work
• Deep facility with compensation practice: leveling frameworks, benchmarking methodology, salary
• Experience translating compensation practice into a playbook, tool, product, or standards
• Ability to hold credible conversations with CHRO, comp committee, or HRBP leadership
• Strong judgment on design options vs prescribing outcomes
• Track record of building content, documentation, or enablement materials
