Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands

📋 Description

• Build and manage a CRO testing program tailored to lower-traffic brands
• Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones from initial brief to launch, leveraging
• Monitor daily performance across brands and collaborate with paid marketing and growth teams
• Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings, sales data, customer
• Research customer needs and behaviors to understand differences between audiences across brands
• Develop and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each brand in partnership with marketing and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization or ecommerce at a DTC company
• Experience working in early-stage or multi-brand DTC business or with limited website traffic
• Proficiency with Claude Code, Claude Design, or comparable AI-assisted workflows
• Extensive experience with Shopify and/or other ecommerce, order management, and sales platforms
• Experience managing a broad ecosystem of third-party applications
• Familiarity with post-purchase and lifecycle management tools
