• Build and manage a CRO testing program tailored to lower-traffic brands, prioritizing high-impact
• Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones from initial brief to launch, leveraging

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization or ecommerce at a direct-to-consumer (DTC)
• Experience working in an early-stage or multi-brand DTC business, or conducting experiments with
• Proficiency with Claude Code, Claude Design, or comparable AI-assisted workflows for creating
• Extensive experience with Shopify and/or other ecommerce, order management, and sales platforms.
• Experience managing a broad ecosystem of third-party applications that support ecommerce operations
• Familiarity with post-purchase and lifecycle management tools, including collaborating with growth
