📋 Description

• Post-Purchase Journey Ownership: Lead the strategy and performance of post-purchase customer
• Feature Development & Execution: Build and launch new post-purchase product features
• Retention & Analytics Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on feature engagement and cohort
• Pricing & Upsell Optimization: Own upsell, cross-sell, and retention metrics, executing price
• Custom Experience & Discovery: Optimize member discovery tools and custom subscription building
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Retention, Data, Design, and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3–7 years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Proficiency with AI productivity and design tools (such as Claude Code
• Analytics & Retention Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with web analytics and retention/cohort
• Technical & UX Competency: Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on backend
• Pricing & Testing Experience: Practical experience with price modeling, price positioning, and
• Strategic Mindset: Action-oriented, highly analytical, member-obsessed, and process-minded
