📋 Description

• Own methodology and delivery of Windfall's flagship research products.
• Design and defend cross-country index methodology, including standardization and weighting.
• Translate narrative AI scenarios into quantified economic parameters.
• Analyze labor market resilience to technology shocks.
• Assess fiscal and welfare systems across countries at different income levels.
• Author Windfall publications and represent research externally.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in economics or related field; 8+ years of applied research.
• Senior-level work in two of: labor econ, development econ, public finance, or welfare policy.
• Publication record with external scrutiny (peer review, costing, or official review).
• Experience across countries or international institutions; strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the AI-and-labor literature; can be built quickly.
• Experience presenting to senior non-technical audiences; willing to travel.
