Senior eDiscovery Application Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide frontend and backend support for enterprise eDiscovery applications, including
• Support platforms such as Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, iPro, Brainspace, and other related
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and route technical issues to correct teams for escalation.
• Maintain and monitor client application environments for stability, availability, and performance.
• Develop deep knowledge of supported software platforms and align with client business needs.
• Participate in application upgrade activities with minimal disruption.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience supporting eDiscovery applications and enterprise tech environments.
• EDRM framework understanding.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, and/or other eDiscovery
• Experience with CloudNine LAW, Brainspace, or iPro a plus.
• Relativity Infrastructure Specialist and/or Relativity Certified Administrator preferred.
• Training/certs in Relativity, LAW, Brainspace, or NUIX valued.
