🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in editing, writing, or editorial leadership with a track record of published or edited
• Ability to adapt tone/voice for different channels/audiences.
• Strong editorial skills across development editing, copy editing, content planning, and production
• Proven mentoring history and ability to improve a team’s output.
• Exceptional ability to learn and a refined judgment on structure, argument, and voice.
• Comfort using AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
