• Assess content for search performance, readability, and business impact
• Mentor junior editors and share knowledge to grow talent
• Build AI-assisted editorial workflows using Claude, Gemini, and LLMs
• Monitor content performance across traffic, rankings, engagement, and revenue
• Proactively identify content gaps and expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in content editing/ editorial leadership
• Experience with Finance/YMYL or regulated content
• Strong editorial judgment for accuracy and readability
• Experience with SEO-driven content and on-page SEO
• Data-driven decisions using traffic, rankings, revenue
• Experience mentoring junior editors
