Senior EdTech Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for higher education.
• Conduct virtual workshops to gather requirements and map processes.
• Configure systems and support integrations, data migration.
• Train users across academic and administrative teams.
• Create project plans, process maps, and training materials.
• Support testing and go-live readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing or supporting SIS, LMS, or CRM in higher education.
• Experience with Banner, Anthology, Workday; Canvas, D2L, Moodle; Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of enrollment, grading, admissions, financial aid.
• Experience managing multiple projects remotely.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Teams; English C1+ and Spanish.
• Nice to have: Azure/AWS, APIs, data integrations; PMP/Scrum; Portuguese a plus.
