🎯 Requirements

5+ years editing, animating, producing video/motion graphics
Hybrid producer role; manage vendors and hands-on editing
Strong organizational skills; track dozens of assets/versions
Proficient in Adobe CC and DAM systems
Experience with Figma for asset organization
Excellent cross-functional communication; procurement and legal navigation
