📋 Description

• Develop high-quality ELA content for grades 3–6.
• Define pedagogy, write lessons, and craft assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Teaching: 5+ years of classroom teaching in grades 3–6 ELA.
• Product Experience: Edtech or digital content product team experience.
• Instructional Design: Strong background in designing lessons, sequences, and assessments.
• Learning Science: Deep knowledge of literacy development and science of reading.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
