Senior Electrical Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end debug of complex hardware failures across hardware, firmware, RF, and manufacturing.
• Develop and document system-level test plans: RF/wireless, environmental, power, reliability.
• Lead vendor management: primary contact for component suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate validation across time zones and remote offices; align validation with schedules.
• Document repeatable processes; contribute to hardware design reviews and manufacturing readiness.
• Produce clear test reports and root-cause analyses for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years hardware design/testing in embedded systems
• Proven, hands-on track record debugging complex hardware at the system level
• Experience managing external vendors and manufacturing partners, including design reviews
• Experience developing, executing, and documenting system-level test plans, including RF or wireless testing
• Comfortable working in embedded Linux environments, with baseline embedded microcontroller experience and toolchains
