Senior Electrical Engineer

📋 Description

• Own electronics development for Apollo robot from ideation to mass production.
• Design, simulate, implement, and test multi-layer PCBs/PCBAs.
• Prototype electrical systems quickly at system and board levels.
• Verify electronics against requirements; generate design docs and drawings.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead hardware validation, test plans, fixtures, and regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, UL).

🎯 Requirements

• Mass-produced electronics product experience in robotics, automotive, medical, or related fields.
• Experience with PLM (Arena) and product lifecycle management.
• Proficient in CAD tools (Altium) and PCB/PCBAs design, prototyping, debugging.
• Experience with lab and simulation tools (LTSpice, PSpice).
• Strong communication; able to document build instructions and diagrams.
• DIY hardware debugging, lab bench troubleshooting, and hands-on prototyping.
