Senior Electrical Engineer – APSA

📋 Description

• Develop, validate and analyze RMS, harmonic and EMT models for solar, wind, battery, PtX and hybrid
• Work with grid connection at both DSO and TSO level and documentation of compliance with applicable
• Perform simulations and analyses in PowerFactory and PSCAD
• Contribute to protection studies, fault current analyses and grid technical assessments
• Act as specialist, sparring partner and technically responsible in projects depending on project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in power systems, electrical energy technology or equivalent
• 5-10 years experience from power utility, energy industry or similar
• Experience with PowerFactory and PSCAD including simulation, analysis and model development
• Knowledge of grid connection processes, RfG, DCC and cooperation with DSO and TSO
• Expertise in Python scripting, protection analyses, failure analyses or approval processes is
• Strong experience in relay protection of high-, medium- and low-voltage generators, cables
