📋 Description

• Design and drive electronics development for the human-robot interface in Apollo from concept to
• Develop audio and display subsystems for the robot, drawing on experience with smart speakers
• Ensure EMI/EMC compliance and support safety certifications (UL, CE) for power and communications.
• Design, simulate, implement, and test multi-layer mixed-signal PCBAs.
• Create validation/test plans (DVT/PVT), build test fixtures, and verify performance vs
• Own power hardware lifecycle from concept through production release and ongoing support; manage

🎯 Requirements

• PCB tools: expert with schematic capture/PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer) for high-power
• Preferred: microphones, speakers, audio amplifiers, I2S, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC, DSP
• Experience designing and validating electrical/audio tests (Audio Precision, SoundCheck, BK HATS).
• Nice to have: Thiele/Small parameters, lumped-element modeling, non-linear distortion knowledge.
• Nice to have: simulation tools (COMSOL, LEAP or similar) and acoustics-aware hardware design.
• Strong background in adaptive filtering, array processing, speech enhancement, and ASR wake-word
