Senior Electrical Engineer, Test Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of test infrastructure for pack-scale tests.
• Design/layout control panels with Beckhoff PLCs, EtherCAT, UL 508A.
• Integrate high-power DC supplies, regenerative loads, and battery simulators.
• Collaborate with Test/Product Eng to translate system tests into automated infrastructure.
• Implement isolated sensing and grounding for noise-free data in HV/high-current.
• Lead bring-up, debugging, and commissioning of test racks and panels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing, building, deploying physical test systems.
• Experience with sensors, power electronics, data acquisition, control systems.
• Prototyping tooling experience and PCBA debugging.
• UL 508A, NFPA 79, NEC/NFPA 70 standards knowledge.
• CAD: EPLAN Electric P8 or AutoCAD Electrical.
