📋 Description

• Analyze invitation-to-bid (ITB) packages, construction drawings, technical specifications, RFPs
• Conduct detailed electrical quantity take-offs using digital estimating and measurement tools such
• Prepare comprehensive and competitive electrical cost estimates covering materials, labor
• Request, review, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to verify
• Develop detailed Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation, outlining estimating assumptions
• Collaborate with operations and pre-construction teams to identify cost optimization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction
• Direct and demonstrable experience estimating data center projects is required.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and infrastructure, including primary and secondary power
• Proven experience estimating large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical
• Strong ability to independently read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, technical
• Hands-on proficiency with electrical estimating software such as Accubid, ConEst, or McCormick.
