Senior Electrical Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Own test infrastructure for avionics hardware and racks
• Define validation strategy and test plans for spacecraft avionics
• Partner with hardware design to implement DFT/DFM
• Write and maintain Python scripts for the test framework
• Create rack self-test and preventative maintenance methods
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior test/hardware engineers

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field preferred
• 3+ years hardware test engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, test equipment
• Schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence/Orcad)
• Embedded systems experience and Linux development
• Python scripting with AI-assisted development
