Senior Electrical Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive architecture and design of powertrain test systems and HV harnesses.
• Own end-to-end electrical/mechanical design of test enclosures and HV harnesses.
• Interpret interface control documents and schematics to resolve integration issues with SMEs.
• Lead evaluation and testing of powertrain components; manage supply chain.
• Integrate/commission HV testbeds (battery emulators, dynos); enable automation and data validation.
• Collaborate with power electronics, software, and thermal teams to derive power needs and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Physics.
• Systems thinking; experience integrating complex electrical systems; HV powertrains preferred.
• Strong problem solving; physics of batteries, dynamometers, EMI, thermal management.
• End-to-end ownership of electrical test equipment design/build; HV systems.
• Hands-on testing; automation experience (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) and data standards.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis; methodical, rigorous.
