📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of electrical & mechanical systems.
• Create, maintain, and present schedules across the design lifecycle.
• Drive cost reductions and quality improvements.
• Overcome obstacles to meet schedules amid setbacks.
• Lead cross-functional discussions among design, manufacturing, and quality.
• Drive Jira ticket closures and KPI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of TPM or related experience.
• Experience with engineering product design cycle and ramp to mass production.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules.
• Understanding multilevel BOM hierarchy including mechanical and electrical components.
• Understanding product release cycle and BOM change management.
• Familiar with SmartSheet or other Gantt tools.
• Experience with Agile Product Development and Scrum.
