Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician

📋 Description

• Build, rework, inspect, and troubleshoot SMT & through-hole PCB assemblies.
• Perform manual soldering and rework under a microscope.
• Inspect PCBAs and validate workmanship via electrical and functional testing.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Fabricate, rework, test, and document control boxes, wire harnesses, and cables.
• Translate engineering concepts into functional electro-mechanical prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on experience in electrical/electro-mechanical or robotic product development.
• Expertise in PCBA assembly, inspection, rework, micro-soldering, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building and troubleshooting cables, harnesses, control boxes, and assemblies.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Experience operating oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and other test equipment.
• Hands-on experience assembling and modifying mechanical prototypes and precision components.
