Senior Electronics Engineer

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of 1-2 high-complexity PCBAs
• Drive PCBA development from architecture to production handover
• Review and optimize PCBA portfolio across ANYmal lines
• Establish rigorous test specs and verification protocols for productization
• Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate electronics into the robot
• Champion high-quality EE standards within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 7+ years hands-on PCB experience
• Expert-level ECAD (KiCad, Altium) and SPICE
• Proven layout experience with creepage/clearance/isolation for safety-critical apps
• Experience designing for harsh environments, EMI/EMC and safety standards
• Deep expertise debugging, verification, and defining testing specs for manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in BMS, power electronics/motor drives, high-speed interfaces (USB, EtherCAT, WiFi), or MCU-based embedded systems
• Highly accountable with the ability to make firm technical decisions in a dynamic environment
