Senior Electronics Engineer - Avionics

📋 Description

• Lead design, validation, and qualification of high-reliability mixed-signal electronics for satellites
• Own electronic subsystems end-to-end from concept to in-orbit support
• Drive technical direction and best practices across avionics and hardware teams
• Coordinate multidisciplinary development across electronics, systems, and manufacturing
• Hands-on lab work: bring-up, debugging, root-cause analysis, validation
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hardware strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in electronics engineering in fast-paced or mission-critical environments
• Leading complex cross-functional hardware development projects
• Board-level design expertise: schematics, PCB layout, simulation, bring-up, validation
• Hands-on lab measurements with advanced test equipment
• Troubleshoot board- and system-level issues using data-driven approaches
• Nice to have: EE degree; Python/Linux; aerospace/high-reliability; on-orbit knowledge
