Senior Electronics Test Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot automated electronic manufacturing test systems.
• Lead Functional Circuit Test (FCT) and End-of-Line (EOL) test development activities for PCBA and
• Define test strategies, test coverage, acceptance criteria, and validation methodologies for
• Collaborate closely with Electrical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Provide Design-for-Test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams to improve manufacturability
• Manage external vendors for test fixture development, test equipment integration, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering within PCBA and Top-Level Assembly (TLA)
• Strong hands-on experience developing automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
• Strong understanding of embedded and manufacturing communication protocols, including CAN, CAN-FD
• Deep understanding of automated test instrumentation, including DAQs, power supplies, DMMs
• Experience developing test coverage strategies and fault detection methodologies for manufacturing
