Senior Electronics Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Test Strategy & DVP: develop test plans, DVPs, and verification protocols.
• Communication Protocol Verification: validate CAN-FD, Ethernet, and RS485.
• Sensing Subsystem Validation: test HV voltage/current, 48V PSU/UPS, temps.
• Actuation & Power Distribution: verify HV contactor, heater SSR, 48V routing.
• Safety & Fault Management: test HW over-current protection and FuSa.
• Data Analysis & Root-Cause: analyze data and root-cause anomalies with design team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PCBA hardware testing; robust board- and system-level validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
• 2+ years firmware verification with Pytest; debugging tools, Linux, TDD.
• Hands-on with test instrumentation: oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQs, env chambers.
• Hands-on HV/high-current test instrumentation: power supplies, electronic loads.
• Domain knowledge: CAN-FD, Ethernet, RS485, power distribution, FuSa.
