Senior Electronics Test Engineer

📋 Description

• UL Certification Ownership: lead EE in UL 991 certification of BMS PCBAs.
• Automated PCBA testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for compliance.
• Test fixture design & development: build automated fixtures with fault injection for UL testing.
• Documentation & FMEA: create test reports, maintain traceability for UL auditors.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, tests, and results per verification standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years PCBA hardware testing.
• UL experience: 3–5+ years with UL 991/1998 or IEC 61508/ISO 13849.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Eng, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years Python for automated test scripts.
• Hands-on with test instrumentation: oscilloscopes, PSUs, DAQ, environmental chambers.
• Ability to manage test plans, verify activities, and communicate findings.
