Senior Electronics Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design test plans for power, digital, and mixed-signal electronics
• Develop and maintain test procedures and validation docs
• Analyze test data and perform root-cause analysis
• Design test systems, including EGSE and fixtures
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve robustness and testability
• Support production and AIT with test readiness and scalable testing

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of experience in electronics testing, test automation, or related fields
• Experience leading R&D or technical projects
• Experience developing automated tests and managing full test development lifecycles
• Experience designing test jigs and fixtures
• Nice to have: Experience with microcontroller programming and PCB design tools such as Altium or similar
