Senior Email Deliverability Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize tickets for deliverability troubleshooting and strategy
• Service a portfolio of customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement
• Lead investigations, reviews, and audits of email sending practices
• Assist with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues
• Create IP warming schedules and monitor warming progress

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in deliverability concepts and customer management
• 3-4 years delivering deliverability services at ESP, agency, or large brand
• Strong knowledge of best practices and remediation of deliverability issues
• Ability to present findings clearly to customers
• Polished, articulate ambassador for the team and company
• University degree required
