📋 Description

• Provide deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
• Manage tickets for deliverability troubleshooting and strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of customers with Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
• Conduct investigations and audits into email sending practices.
• Assist with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues.
• Develop IP warming schedules and monitor warming progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management.
• 3-4 years of deliverability experience at ESP/agency/large brand.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and remediation.
• Able to present findings clearly to customers.
• Polished, articulate ambassador for the team and Braze.
