📋 Description

• Provide deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize tickets for deliverability troubleshooting
• Service a portfolio of customers with Deliverability Services entitlement
• Conduct in-depth investigations into sending practices
• Assist with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues
• Schedule IP warming and monitor warming progress

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in deliverability concepts
• Customer management skills
• 3-4 years delivering deliverability services at ESP/agency/large brand
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Experience identifying/remediating deliverability issues
• Ability to present insights clearly to customers
