• Activate customer data to drive end-to-end CRM across email, push, and in-app.
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies.
• Define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across touchpoints.
• Own weekly/monthly CRM reporting and deep dives.
• Define client segments for improved targeting and ROI.
• Ensure campaigns are insight-driven with clear success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing and CRM (mobile and web)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid)
• Proficient in HTML
• Develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
• Data-driven, analytical and commercially savvy
• Fluent in English
