📋 Description

• Own the technical direction for the squad, translating product goals into engineering strategy.
• Lead design and architecture reviews for major components, ensuring stability and safety.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and lead technical design and code reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers, growing the next generation of technical leaders.
• Drive AI-assisted development practices with quality gates and reusable workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development in C/C++, Go, Python, or other systems languages.
• Strong experience developing, debugging, and shipping embedded software on Linux or RTOS devices.
• Proven track record building well-tested software with unit, integration, and system tests.
• 5+ years mentoring juniors or leading small teams.
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, OOP, and code quality.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
